Chittagong Port Authority has advised that during National Mourning Day (15 August), ships/lighters can be operated under special arrangement and subject to additional charges as per rules. The director (Traffic) or his subordinate officer must be informed in advance in order to carry out commercial activities related to food, relief and other important items properly.
