Further industrial action plans announced

Tug operator Svitzer Australia has received notification of further work stoppages from the Australian Maritime Officers Union (AMOU) and Maritime Union of Australia (MUA), as follows:

FREMANTLE
- 48 hour stoppage by AMOU members from 07:00am on Thursday 24 February to 07:00am on Saturday 19 February
- 48 hour stoppage by AMOU members from 07:00am on Thursday 3 March to 07:00am on Saturday 5 March
- A ban on AMOU members performing recall and relief work during a period of leave for an unlimited duration from 07:00am on Friday 18 February

KWINANA
- 48 hour stoppage by AMOU members from 07:00am on Saturday 19 February to 07:00am on Monday 21 February
- 48 hour stoppage by AMOU members from 07:00am on Wednesday 23 February to 07:00am on Friday 25 February
- A ban on AMOU members performing recall and relief work during a period of leave for an unlimited duration from 07:00am on Friday 18 February

ALBANY
- 4 hour stoppage by AMOU members from 07:00am on Thursday 24 and Friday 25 February, as well as Thursday 3 and Friday 4 March
- 4 hour stoppage by MUA members from 09:00am on Friday 18 February

GERALDTON
- A ban on AMOU members performing recall and relief work during a period of leave for an unlimited duration from 07:00am on Friday 18 February

Svitzer will review schedules and crewing requirements to minimise any potential disruption.
