Elimination of paper-based arrival/departure cards

Crewmembers and passengers shall be required, commencing on 15 April 2023, to register at etravel.gov.ph:

  • Arriving passengers: Not earlier than 72 hours from the scheduled time of arrival up to the actual arrival into the country; and
  • Departing passengers: Not earlier than 72 hours up to not later than 3 hours from the scheduled time of departure from the country.

The Bureau of Immigration shall discontinue requiring paper-based arrival/departure cards starting 1 May 2023.
