NSW Ports will continue the Empty Container Incentive Scheme (ECIS) which is designed to drive improved operational performance and supply chain efficiency.
The scheme is focused on achieving a better balance of imports and exports (full and empty), to reduce the risk of empty container congestion in Sydney.
